Listing Your Home on the Market
We will sell your home for you with minimal effort on your part. Our goal is to sell your home as quickly as possible with as little disruption to your daily life as possible. We are a full service broker and offer commissions at only 4%.
Marketing Plans
We will develop a specific marketing plan tailored to your home and your timeline.
- Your detailed listing will be entered into the Midwest Real Estate Data LLC database (a merger of the former Northern Illinois Multiple Listing Service and MAP Multiple Listing Service). Over 42,000 Realtors will have access to your listing.
- A sign will be installed in your yard and a lock box will be installed upon your approval.
- Your home will be advertised in the Beacon News each week and in the Galaxy of Homes monthly magazine.
- Your home will be a featured home on our site with multiple photos and details as well as available on many other public sites, such as realtor.com.
- One of our agents is always available to set up showings and answer questions regarding yoru property. This includes nights and weekends.
- Your agent will keep in touch with you to follow up on each of your showings.
- If there is no offer within 30 days, your agent will discuss your options with you.
- When an offer is received, you will be notified. At a time convenient for your, your agent will present the offer to you. (According to law, all offers must be presented.) You will never be rushed to make a decision.
- You will be shown, in writing, all of your expenses.
- After an acceptable offer is agreed to and signed by you, the only thing you need to do is be present at the closing. Your agent and attorney will take care of the rest. There is nothing else for you to do, but pack!
